Terms and Conditions

• Time For You prefers at least 24 hours notice for any given task - but realizes that we don't live in a 9-5 world, and that emergencies happen so we will accommodate an urgent request
• Services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will have a convenience fee of $20 to accommodate necessary scheduling changes
• Payment for hourly service is due upon completion of request. Some services will require a deposit in advance.
• Prices are subject to change with out notice
• Client is responsible for all vendor and third party charges or merchandise expenses required to complete the job request
• Errand- rates include time from the beginning of task; the first 6 miles of  travel will not be billed, any additional mileage will be billed at a rate of $.60 per mile
• Pets- services including the transportation of pets require proof of state Rabies Vaccination and a suitable pet carrier
• Cancellation- If a scheduled service is canceled, Time For You requires a 24 hour notice.  Failure to provide any notice will result in a fee of $50-Cancellation within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed as a $25 fee-In addition to any out of pocket expenses
• Privacy Policy-  All personal and credit card information collected by Time For You will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client of services rendered.  At no time will the collected information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Time For You
• Service requests must be legal, ethical and safe.

Pricing

Rates for most services are $15-$20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum required. Desk concierge services (items performed from office) are $15 per hour.  Please call to discuss your request for a customized price quote.

Package rates can be arranged based on description of job.

Pet Sitting

Chef Service rates will be arranged based on job/food description.

• Catering (small events)
• Detailed dinners (I will cater to special diet requirements)    
• Weekly meals or ready to eat meals
• Pack a picnic  (in progress)
