This letter is to serve as a letter of recommendation for Stephanie Immenschuh. She worked for me at my ranch, the Rocking K Ranch, for many years in a variety of capacities. The ranch serves as private "dude ranch" for the nine years I was the owner. During that time I entertained hundreds of friends and family. Typically a guest's stay would be for one week and we had guests almost the entire summer and much of the winter. The ranch could accommodate twenty-eight guests at one time but we had events that would provide food and entertainment for as many as seventy people at a time.

Stephanie was a joy to have on the payroll. She was always eager to work and performed every job assigned to her in a most professional manner. Her duties varied from working to turn around bedrooms between guest stays to providing EMT advice to being the "chef du cuisine" and cooking for large groups. Her responsibilities required her to plan ahead as the ranch was quite remote. She always thought about the need for supplies including food items that needed to be ordered in advance from both coasts.

The interpersonal skills required to work in this environment was especially suited to Stephanie. She was able to work well with the other staff members and not let the long working hours get to her. Equally important was Stephanie's ability to interact with my guests. I received many compliments about Stephanie and how much my guests enjoyed her presence.

I can unequivocally say that Stephanie was one of my best employees. If she puts her mind to something it is going to get done. Let this letter serve as recommendation of the highest order for Stephanie.
