I have known Stephanie Immenschuh for over eleven years. I have been fortunate to have her as an employee in my restaurant for five of these years. From the first day I hired her, she displayed an eagerness to learn anything and everything. Stephanie is determined and thorough. I have always been able to trust that she can and will complete any job I give her. She is thoughtful, creative and patient. She accepts even the most difficult tasks as a challenge to her own personal growth. In addition to these admirable qualities, Stephanie is also compassionate and kind. Always professional, she managed the most difficult customer relations with charm, poise and wit.
I also know Stephanie outside the employer/employee environment. She has, over the years, taken the responsibility of caring for my pets and home during my many trips abroad. She loves animals, and takes seriously the special care someone else's pets require when their owner is away. Stephanie has the same love and care for people. She has deep relationships with friends and family, yet can also be compassionate with perfect strangers. Like many, Stephanie is wonderful with children. Perhaps not so common, she is also fond of the elderly. In previous years the residents of our local nursing home have been able to rely on Stephanie's smiling face and tender volunteer care.
Stephanie Immenschuh will succeed at whatever profession she chooses because she is committed and devoted. I wish her the best, and look forward to watching her progress.
